Our Tree and Shrub Program includes 7 seasonal applications that treat and prevent common diseases and damaging insects.
This program is recommended to protects your entire landscape investment. We offer high end fertilization, insect and disease control service for your trees and shrubs. Water, sunlight and other nutrients all play an important role in keeping your trees and shrubs healthy. However, insects and disease can still invade your landscape, so it’s important to protect them year-round.
Application 1:
We apply a slow-release micro-nutrient fertilizer to all ornamental trees and shrubs to ensure the health of your plants.
Application 2:
A foliar spray is applied to control most insects and mites, and fungicide is applied to prevent most fungi from being able to become active on your trees/shrubs.
Application 3:
This application will also protect emerging leaves from damage caused by mites, insects, and diseases. This is a critical time of year because insects are hatching and want to feed so they can reproduce again.
Application 4:
Similar to the previous application. Insect and disease application protects midseason growth from pests that have several lifecycles during the season. Pest problems will be controlled for continued health of landscape plants.
Application 5:
Yes, we apply more fungicides and insecticides! These products help control insect populations and diseases brought on by the stress of summer. Organic fertilizer is applied, as needed.
Application 6:
We use a slow-release, micro-nutrient fertilizer on all ornamental trees and shrubs that includes nutrients needed to promote a healthy root system, new growth and more colorful blooms for next growing season.
Application 7:
Horticultural oils are applied to control overwintering pests on ornamentals. Horticultural oils are applied to dormant plants and will reduce the population of certain insects and mites.
